For sale is my 2 bedroom house in Eccles, Manchester.
I have lived here for 6 years but am selling up as I have a new job in London.
It has a through lounge/dining room fitted kitchen (dirty pots and frying pan not included), big bathroom, one double and one single bedroom. Outside is a back yard which is decked out. Its not huge but room for a shed and table and chairs, BBQ when the glorious British Summer is out!
I have lived here mainly on my own but at weekends my four kids have stayed over and it’s always seemed just right in size. If they lived her all the time it might be a bit crowded so if you are a “normal” couple” with a kid a too, it’s probably just right.
Eccles is not the Garden of Eden but I am right near the motorway and this road tends to be your working class folk, friendly neighbours, smile and a hello in the morning. This was my first house after getting divorced and have always been happy here.
I have never had any problems with the structure of the house as the HIP report will show.
