In the same episode, one house was valued at £169, 995 and then valued at £185, 550 by a different agent!!!

Firstly where does the 995 and 550 come from? Why not just say £170k or £185,500 How did they come up with that magic figure? Are they selling a "special offer second hand car or your house? Secondly that £15,000 difference isstraight out of your back pocket.
