How do you sell on this site?

Don’t forget this site is about honesty, we encourage you to be brutally frank about your home telling us what you hate as well as what you love about it. You can be quirky such as writing a poem, or upload a short video clip, whatever you want to do but all the while keeping in mind the fact that you do need to provide enough information to a potential buyer.

Selling is simple just follow these steps and your away! See Example advert.

Step 1:

Fill in your basic details. This will include your name address & contact details etc. Also we will need to know the type of house, location, numbers of rooms and approximate room dimensions

Step 2:

Describe your house. This where you can have some fun if you like but it’s optional. Let your buyer know about the good points but be honest. We have no way of verifying any facts published on this site, it is based entirely around the honesty of the people using it. This is your chance to be genuine, why did YOU move in to this house and why are you now moving out of it?

Step3:

Upload your photos and/or video clips. Take some nice photos and possibly shoot an interesting video clip. For example go from room to room but make sure no-ones in the bath first! Keep it clean and no longer than 2 minutes, just a few highlights!

Step 4:

Choose your payment options, pay and hey Presto within 48 hours you will be up and running.

Step 5:  Erm...sell house!!
