All we would like to say really on this matter is do your homework, don’t waste the seller’s time and don’t waste your own.All the links on the sellers guide are just as appropriate to the buyer. Do some research, check the area, make a wish list and start ticking the boxes. Buying a house is stressful enough so help yourself and be prepared.
When you visit a house, make sure it`s one you really want to see. Have you checked out the area, schools, transport? Have you checked out local pubs and takeaways.?!
Also, please, please, please do not judge a house by its decoration and furniture. Many a house programme has left me screaming at the screen when someone has said, " Oh, I don`t like that table"
It won’t be there silly!!!
You are buying a house for you, your family and what the space, design, location and potential can do for you.
Make sure you are polite to the seller. You may not like their style but it could be their pride and joy and they have made the effort to prepare it for you .
This website is about straight talking, open, honest and friendly exchanges between two parties who are buying and selling a house.Let`s keep it that way!
